The Morrissey - 15mm LWS Lens Support will hold your lens in place, preventing any flex, play or movement in the lens. This protects your lens mount and also provides instant engagement when operating with a follow focus or lens motor. Unlike other lens supports, the Morrissey provides support in all axes of movement. Top Load & Quick Release The core is separate from the support posts, allowing the lens support to be installed without having to remove other accessories, it can simply drop onto the rods. Vertical Adjustment with Interchangeable Posts The standard support post offers 18mm of vertical trasvel and can either be mounted onto the lens or clipped into the Morrissey and raised to meet the lens. Once in place, tightening with the lever will securely clamp it in place. For lenses with small diameters, an extended support post is available which offers up to 33mm of vertical travel. Accessory Ports The Morrissey features a 3/8" anti-twist port on each side which can be used to add additional accessories. Combines with: Support posts are available with 1/4" 3/8" threads. Additionally, there are also extended posts available for use with smaller diameter lenses where extra vertical travel is required. No Compromises Machined and hand-finished in our single factory in Church Crookham from high-grade materials. Hard anodised for extended durability.
